FYI, I stopped by the Sprint store on 18th Street (after, as advertised, they don't EVER answer the phone). They have paper signs on the door that say they're closing 2 hours early on Friday, and opening an hour early on Saturday -- at 8 am.
I went in and saw some Pre signage, and asked a very helpful guy about reserving one (no, sorry) and how many they had on hand. "A lot," he tells me. "More than... ten?" I ask. "Oh yeah, a lot more than that," he says, then pauses. "Well, we don't have any right now, but we'll have them on Saturday!" :\ And so I will be there very early on Saturday, even though I'm setting myself up for a broken heart, I just know it. --- In [email protected], "marechaux1757" <marechaux1...@...> wrote: > > I'm in DC, and am evaluating options. > > I've bought my last three Treo's from the Palm site and had them delivered in > a few days.
