Well, I can solve 1/4 of the equation - Treos don't sync Todos, so you only have to worry about contacts and calendar. I see the applicability of the questions you are asking, but Exchange Activesync tends to be all or nothing, with few configurable options. I think, though, that on the Versamail Options screen you get to pick which data elements sync, don't you? Maybe I'm remembering pre-Exchange Versamail. It's been awhile.
