Okay, I need to clarify. ActiveSync doesn't work for Vista. Instead, you are 
told to use Windows Mobile Device Center. I've managed to get some files and 
programs loaded on the phone, but the programs are just sitting in the 
Documents folder, not installed. I can't figure out how to install them.
