Yes, I've always wondered about that 3K+ number! Since it only seems that a tiny fraction of those every post messages here. I just wonder of those people do any active reading, or if they are going to mailboxes that people aren't looking at anymore (the way I never look at my hotmail account), etc. I know some people just don't feel like they have anything to contribute, or don't have the time to post. I also wonder if creating an actual Yahoo! poll would get any additional contribution, but probably not...
Anyway, as far as the results, a couple of items in particular were interesting - how after just two months 25% of those responding already had Pre's! So we are a fairly early-adopter bunch I think. Also, that 25% still have a 700P which first came out almost 3.5 years ago. I know that doesn't seem so long in some ways, but in terms of technology, it's fairly old. I can understand some will still have older stuff, but that phone is tied for the one with the most users. Of course this isn't at all scientific, and with 65 responses it's even more rough, but yes, definitely interesting!
