What are the other 3187 people doing with your survey request when they get it? Are the other 3187 members not reading? Or don't care? Or what? Do you have a sense of how many active members there are, and, what do the inactive members do with the 0 to 30 emails per day they get from the group? Idle curiosity, I suppose.
