Well, since most apps are written for webkit rendering, they should just scroll. Granted, that could get annoying, but it's better than them not working at all (as in days past).
No Wi-Fi, a lower-res camera (2MP vs 3 on the Pre), and no "button" seem to be the only other trade-offs. Same size battery as the Pre, suggesting it should get better battery life (due to smaller, lower-res screen and no Wi-Fi). Ah, trade-offs.
