At the palm support forum, I searched for "Voice memo - convert to wav or mp3" and found this post http://forums.palm.com/palm/board/crawl_message?board.id=video_and_photo&message.id=2688 . I have not tried it. I use a third party voice recorder on my treos for recording voice messages straight to wav format. There are several on Handmark and all palm software is 50% off at handmark right now.
