To add, I never tried installing it directly on my Win7, as I didn't
want to mess with Bluetooth or install Garbage on my new OS.  (I use
HotSync once a month or so when I need to deploy a new Treo to an
employee).

I've been using the 32 bit version with 0 issues since the first beta, 
and can happily sync my Centro. I have theinstall disk for the 64 bit 
version for my big machine, but haven't gotten around to it yet.
