If you do web browsing then yes.

It uses opera proxy to filter websites to fit on opera mini better.
This stops you using WiFi in pubs and cafes that need you to enter
the key into a web browser and use the internet only through the
web browser.

Open Wifi networks are fine though.

There is also Netfront that you can use along with blazer thats
default.
