No way that I know of out of the box, however there is a patch that lets you mark all messages read or delete all messages. I've never tried the delete all function, but I suppose you could use it to delete everything in a folder, but no way to mark messages in the list view and then move them or delete just those. It's definitely a limitation. The Pre does a lot of thigns well, but email is one of those things that could definitely use some work, which is somewhat surprising since that's probably what a majority of people use the most of all their apps - at least it is for me...
