Is there something like takephone or takephone on palm os on web os?
I tried looking but have not tried many of the apps.

Just wanted to continue while I had a free minute. I downloaded a few new apps
today:
Clear Card: already mentioned this in a previous message, but for people who
have utilities that cycle wallpaper (or just want to see their wallpaper even
with apps open, this lets you do it. It's pretty cheap at just $1.
TealSpeed Dialer and Launcher: This is an interesting launcher extension app
that lets you use the dashboard area of your screen as an additional launcher
area similar to the Pre's built-in launchpad, but with more customizability.
Unfortunately Tealpoint doesn't even have this app on their site as of yet so
I'm a little scared about their commitment to support it, and it's a bit pricey
to boot at $5, but I'm always looking for ways to make the UI of the Pre more
streamlined and faster/easier, and this seems to be a reasonable way to do
that. The one thing that I don't like about it is that it doesn't seem to let
you use a given app's icon but imposes one of a limited set they provide to
you. At least I think this is the case, it's hard to get a definitive answer
since I can't seem to find much discussion of this app online anywhere. I
guess I'll try to contact Tealpoint directly.
Quick System Tasks Beta : This app is in some ways similar to Tealspeed, but
with the limitation of only one row of icons. Those icons ARE the original app
icons, though. The other thing is instead of apps you can have icons for
various system functions like toggle brightness, toggle wifi, etc. The other
nice thing about it is that you can add apps to it that will start when it
starts. Which is about as close as you can get to a "autostart" mode on the
Pre. Right now I have it just loading Tealspeed so I can hit one icon to start
both, but I could definitely see using it for starting some core apps that you
always like running (say, email, twitter, facebook, etc.). Like Tealspeed it
minimizes itself to the dashboard, and when you click on it will display the
incons in full in the dashboard.
With these two apps and the launchpad you could definitely have lots of apps at
the ready but with minimal screen space (especially if you use the Hide
Launchpad patch which I normally do (I have it disabled at the moment though).
Anything you guys are using to make the UI a more efficient process for you?
