Anyone experience a crack that begins at the Palm Pre USB port and spreads to
the screen?
I now have a maybe 1/8th of an inch crack on the screen (yet to interfere with
use) that comes from a crack in the plastic by the USB port. I assume this is
from the stress of the usb plug?
Will Sprint replace the phone under the 1 year Palm warranty? I do not have
insurance.
I've made an appointment at a repair center for Saturday to find out. I think
the crack is slowly spreading on the screen.
I know if you get a crack in the gesture area by the button they will replace
under warranty but I don't know about this and what I've found on line Sprint
is saying it is phyiscal abuse and not covered by warranty and/or I can have it
replaced under insurance ($100?) if I had it plus the fee.
