My sister, 12 years my junior, has been fighting off Facebook - til her 
first grandchild was hatched in December and guess where the proud 
mama's been posting pix.
      But I told her to think of Facebook like her living room, only the 
friends never go home. But you can close the bedroom door (logoff) and 
ignore 'em.
      Twitter, OTOH, is like a street corner shouter, multiplied by 
however many of 'em you choose to follow. It's not a place for a 
conversation.
