There are some new ones on ebay.
Otherwise there are the odd one on amazon as well.

I picked up my new one for about £140 on amazon a couple of years ago.

Ebay second hand is  £50  upwards in the UK
Of course you have to wait it out for that price.

There is also the Tungsten T2 (around £30) which has the longer screen if
you dont mind not having WiFi built in. You can get WiFi cards off ebay for the
T3 but they are £25 upwards.
