Except the Sharp Zaurus 5800 and its sisters. Best user-friendly calendar by far. Wish its logic had survived. You can STILL buy those things on the web and the price hasn't gone down for over a decade. Very old looking though and not too desktop friendly.
- You could hit Function-T and it would post the time and then use a QWERTY keyboard to type in the information. - You could touch the bar on top of the calendar and it would bring up a blank appointment as short as a half hour. - You could search specifying, say, calendar, then search a date range. - You could take a task (message by my use) and with a drop down convert it to an appointment or a contact. - In contacts, you had a file field so you could file it as you wish, by name, nickname, business, or whatever you wish. - In the search engine, once you brought up a list, you could toggle between the list and whatever task you were searching. I really miss the search engine on the Zaurus. -- Be well, Toni Roberts Atlanta/Marietta/Smyrna/Vinings Blog: http://touchprints.blogspot.com/ On Fri, Apr 9, 2010 at 1:39 AM, Vishal Uday Sheth <[email protected]> wrote: > I don't think anything beats Palm OS.
