Not normal. Check to see if it’s centered and that you have a full 1Amp
Charger.

Has anyone noticed their phone, when on touchstone, continually say "charging
battery"? I have to keep my phone muted because if I don't the bing get
annoying. When it comes up (and I have watched) the battery indicator shows
charging and does not change. Is it normal for it to regularly notify you when
on the Touchstone?

What if the charger had speakers or a speaker plug so you could play
music or an e-book while it's charging at your desk?
