I'd agree...I've never had it happen except when I didn't set it down correctly.

Make sure it's centered on the Touchstone. I usually make sure that the Pre 
isn't touching the tabletop to avoid that problem.

Has anyone noticed their phone, when on touchstone, continually say "charging 
battery"? I have to keep my phone muted because if I don't the bing get 
annoying. When it comes up (and I have watched) the battery indicator shows 
charging and does not change. Is it normal for it to regularly notify you when 
on the Touchstone?
