Jim, sounds somewhat like mine. I do have a different patch that you don't which incorporates a few of yours. Specifically the 'Advanced Configuration for Launcher' patch gives you the same functionality as:
Hide Quick Launchbar Add Pages Launch Defaults to Front Page Named Pages in Launcher Actually it adds more funtionality to all these individual ones because it lets you enable/disable different aspects of these on the fly with just a quick menu selection.
