I don't know, Craig, I think that's harsh. I certainly think that some phones are much more solid, but piece of crap? I had much worse luck with previous Treos than I had with my Pre, which I kept completely functional for over a year, and only got replaced due to a screen defect that was, while a bit annoying, certainly not something that prevented me from using the phone. In essence it was also a completely redesigned phone, so I cut them a bit of slack for having a 1.0 device, the Pre Pluses have been noted to be much more solid than the original Pre's. My big complaint is that they didn't simply bring out the Pre Plus on Sprint at the same time (or even just a month or two after) they brought it out on Verizon, discontinuing the Pre Minus, and then when/if Pre Minuses broke, to replace them with a Pre Plus instead.
