Check out the Contact Settings in the app. There is a limit of 350 contacts in the device but you can set it to overwrite oldest ones with newest ones. Additionally you can set the max # of hops for something to get auto-added to contacts. I set mine to 3 and cleared them and let it start over. Additionally in the three dots menu of the Contacts screen there is a Discover Contacts page that shows you actual recent contacts regardless of whether they are saved. Mine has 755 right now. That page lets you sort by most and least hops which the main Contacts page doesn't. Some other cool non-intuitive things I found: - tools -> Rx Log shows actual packets coming in, regardless of whether you can read the content. - long-press a message in a channel or conversation and a screen comes up with details, including # of hops, and an option to see the message path(s)
I'm not much more than a mile from the Tarheel Backhaul but after the rain I wasn't able to ping it for around a day, I guess until the trees around my house dried out a bit. I kept receiving from it all that time though.
