http://ftp.ntua.gr/pub/linux/knoppix/ still has it. I imagine that after the EU parliament meets it will be replaced.
I've also seen knoppix on some of the bittorrent sites.
I was hoping to pimp knoppix out during my linux sysadmin class this fall, hopefully I can grab a copy of the latest release.
