I couldn't agree more!

My comments were in response to this statement, not a defense of the out of office being sent to the list. I was simply pointing out that we may not have continued to recieve the messages if the user had not been set to no email delivery on the maillist server.

My response was a technical comment, nothing more, nothing less.

I hadn't seen that page before. It has some good info and history in it.

With all due respect...that is not OUR problem. The people in question
should login to their trilug mailman account and temporarily suspend their
mail delivery. Ignorance is no excuse. If I can figure it out...so can
they.
