Actually I never got around to trying it, since I run Linux on all my desktops didn't have a need. I did notice that there was an option to setup QT Desktop sync (I think..), so I would guess that you should be able to sync with Qtopia Desktop on Windows. Just not positive since I haven't tried it myself.
