[TriLUG] Firestarter for Ubuntu (Dapper Drake)

I have been trying to install a firewall package called Firestarter. The 
forums are saying that I must go into my sources.list file and uncomment 
the "universe" repository. I did this and then I tried to install 
Firestarter using APT-GET (apt-get install firestarter) and it did not 
find any thing. So am I doing something wrong or has that package been 
taken out of the repository?
