get trinuxag, its a 19 meg zip file in in the /pub/contrib directory.  Get 
it and unzip it into a dir named trinuxhd. cd to that directory and
type trinux and you'll be off and running.

yes, I am a dumb-ass and would love some better documentation.  But it's 
completely free
so I reckon whining about it won't make me or anyone else popular with the 
developers.
