Your best best is to *not* use what is off trinux.org and use Sourceforge
instead. See http://trinux.sourceforge.net/mirrors.html.

TrinuxHD was last available in the 0.5x series. It is doubtful that this
feature will be revived in 0.70. However, in the next release or two
(meaning in the next couple of months) Bootable CD-ROM images will be
released, and package loaading from cd-rom, http, or hardrive.
