I found some issues after updating to 4.5. The indicator applet includes a  
volume control as always, but same volume control is now inside the tray. Can  
the new volume control be removed?
Also, the keyboard layout isn't shown anymore, there is some symbol in the  
tray that looks like a keyboard, but it doesn't show the active layout. What  
do I have to do to get an indication of the active layout instead of the  
useless keyboard symbol?
