I think (might be wrong) that Trisquel gets its packages from Ubuntu.  
Lightspark wasn't available in Ubuntu's universe repository until Natty  
(11.04, released last month), whereas Trisquel 4.5.x is based on the version  
before. It's a safe bet that Lightspark will be available in the next  
Trisquel.
