Patents may only be the problem and I really don't see the need to laden our  
freedom with possible patent issues. Fortunately, Mono sofware is easily  
replaceable, and worth replacing when you have used F-Spot for a couple of  
minutes ;-) Ubuntu kicked it out finally.
