Unfortunately you are out of luck there. Lenovo has a whitelist in the BIOS  
which prevents arbitrary wireless cards from working. From what I remember  
all the whitelisted wireless cards for your laptop require non-free firmware  
and therefore won't work in Trisquel.

I have a Thinkpad T61 with a similar incompatible wireless card. I ended up  
getting an external wireless USB adapter from ThinkPenguin  
(https://libre.thinkpenguin.com) which I've been using for just over a year  
now. These devices work perfectly with Trisquel and the company donates money  
to Trisquel if you buy from the supplied URL.
