In other words, the TrueCrypt License is non-free only because clause III.d  
limits charging for distribution. In alternative (i) you can't charge for the  
software, and in alternative (ii) you can only charge a "reasonable" fee. You  
are allowed to charge this reasonable fee if you have a website, however.

I think this settles the issue. I'll check out the software mentioned below.
