They are in control of their computing. The plugins are a choice and not a requirement. The difference is that the plugins not meant to be under a free sofware license are still the property of the copyright holder and it is their choice if they want the code in the wild or not. The copyright holder can make the changes and fix bugs since they know that plugin the best. You are saying that they should be free no matter what when they weren't meant to be. What is so hard to understand?

As I stated like 20 times, the free software version is always available for them to use if they choose. Rip out the plugins and it is free software.
