I have stated a scenario that is very common in computing today and how some  
people make money. You are acting pretty naive to think that it doesn't  
exist.

When did I write that "it doesn't exist". Of course it exists. My point is  
that it is unethical. Writing proprietary software is unethical. Making money  
through it does not turn it ethical in the same way that robbing makes money  
but is not an ethical activity.
