I didn't mean to imply you were blaming Ruben. I meant to suggest that there  
are valid criticisms although the ones presented sounded like they were more  
down to bad choices or the lack of understanding on how things work. People  
get use to doing things a particular way and end up having trouble because  
they don't know the “right” way to work with something when they switch  
systems. Then when problems occur they attribute it to the wrong  
places/people/etc.

But humorously there are a lot of real bugs. I'm just doubtful of at least  
some of the ones you mentioned because I know from experience whats solved  
some (maybe all?) of them for customers I've dealt with. Of course each  
system / person is different so I can't say for sure. You would have to try  
some of the suggestions to verify my educated (?) guesses.
