The upgrade process has been temporarily disabled, so running sudo  
do-release-upgrade will say there's no new version.

This is because an issue was found with the updating process. It's being  
fixed but before upgrading your existing installation to Trisquel 6, please  
make sure to update your package manager and  apply all available updates  
first.
