And, of course, don't forget that GFDL predates CC. So the question of "What
more do you need" is kinda irrelevant since it didn't exist when the GFDL was
originally made. Then, once CC made a license, it's a bit much to expect the
GNU Project to just drop it and run over to it saying "OMG it's a new license
OMG OMG OMG!!!111"
I suspect your comment that "you can't make your own private copies (that's
using technological measures to restrict the reading of the copies you make"
its essentially complaining about not being able to add DRM and subjugate
people and will fall on deaf ears here. DRM sucks -- We do not want it.
And don't forget that CC BY-SA is also GPL incompatible too which was one of
your criticisms of GFDL. In fact, you should find that copyleft licenses are
generally incompatible with each other, due to the nature of how copyleft
works.
