Let's analyze the text. "You may copy and distribute the Document in any  
medium, either commercially or noncommercially, provided that this  
License...[is] reproduced in all copies." Section 4H makes that apply to  
modifications as well.

So, if you aren't printing the license, section 9 takes away your rights and  
you can't print the document at all.
