The very article you link to provides a quote from RMS saying that the DRM  
clause isn't supposed to mean what you're saying it does. Given this  
statement by the President of the FSF there has been estoppel on this issue  
for nearly ten years so you're just trying to make something out of a  
non-issue. Feel free to make your own private copies of things licensed as  
GFDL and encrypt them away.
