No. That would not be a libre license then.
I'm not sure there is a problem with paying for the companies services. They did create the work and while it may be unethical to release it under the licenses that they do it's not unethical to get money for work that there performing. The fact there willing to license it is encouraging. However I don't know the real value and if this figure is high than it may not be the best deal.
