The best thing to do in your situation is to get a USB G wireless adapter
with the RTL8187B chipset (as others pointed out the easy solution is to go
to libre.thinkpenguin.com and order one from there, it comes with support,
etc) and use that to connect to the Internet. It'll 'just work' whereas most
wifi cards will not.
Then you will also need a Trisquel CD. If your comfortable burning an ISO you
can go to the Trisquel download page and do that. ThinkPenguin also offers
CDs with installation support. It is pretty well priced for those who need
help with installation.
