As you wrote yourself, words convey a meaning. "Piracy" is connoted  
pejoratively. It should not be used to describe a good thing such as sharing.  
Sharing is good for the society as a whole but it is, as well, good for  
artists. We gave you links to studies that prove our point. If you want one  
more, here is a whole book under the terms of the CC-BY-NC-ND 3.0 license.  
The French economist Philippe Aigrain wrote it and I read the French version.  
You pretend you "can get any studies" that would prove your point. Help  
yourself!
