I have Abrowser 22 and http://get.webgl.org/  is working fine for me. I see  
that cube moving.
I have latest xorg drivers and libre kernel 3.10. But I don't know how to  
help you.
I have the below ppa (from ubuntu launchpad) with latest drivers installed:
xorg-edgers.
