I actually like the KISS.... Keep It Small and Simple.
I like websites that use html, css, some free non-malicious javascript... All  
that hype about flash and such, was a real pain in the back all the way  
through.
I hope as we move away from flash (thanks to html5) we don't get into another  
"frenzy" like that.
