It is not like that. In the following I'll post a text explainig this. On  
your offer of documenting, etc is good and in the text I mentioned I talked  
about it.
People using weak passwords is not a secutiry issue related to the SSH server  
but of users knowledge, policy and careless.
Hopely, no one has influence on the project leader. That could bring to loose  
perspective on the whole project.
