I don't know if you understood properly, but this server gets installed and  
runs without many users knowing about its existence.
These users assume that on a desktop pc, no server is running, and so they  
decide for a weak password since there is normally no necessity for your home  
directory being strongly password protected.
And of course, they CAN assume that no server is running if not chosen  
otherwise during installation, so it's NOT their fault.
