Well, the Debian kernel doesn't have anything nonfree in it. The only problem  
that FSF has with it is that it suggests the installation of nonfree firmware  
if your hardware requires it to work.
Also, I haven't seen any evidence that Chromium still includes nonfree stuff.  
I don't think it does anymore.
