@onpon4It's got more to do with it than a telephone (i.e. the devices that can be used to sign up and use the account are the same - and neither works if your networkmcard isn't working, I think).
But I do think that unless a web browser is trying to be as many things as Emacs can be, then Idon't see why VoIP should be part of it. Or (for me) RSS readers.
