I think the post refers to All-in-one computers as those that have the  
motherboard behind the screen as as all relevant ports around the frame of  
the screen or behind, which rarely mean that they're portable.
The Pocket Wee is a type of Single-board computer without the screen.
I see this getting easily confused and have also been prone to do it in the  
past.
