If by "All-In-One" you mean a laptop, tablet, and (if you plug it into a  
monitor) desktop, then I have one I use all the time.
I have two Fujitsu Lifebook P6300's- one I use as a desktop, and the other as  
a tablet/laptop. It works 100% out of the box with Trisquel.
By default, they come with 1GB DDR2 RAM, so I'd recommend upgrading to 2GB  
DDR2 RAM.
