I know that is what is being requested. that is what the velcro is for!
In all seriousness. I do not see any downside in having a solution where you attach the mini to a normal monitor, compared to a traditional all in one solution where there is a slab of plastic covering those parts.
Actually I only see benefits in this setup as you can switch the parts as you like.
